Woize expands into 50 US states

In an announcement [PDF], UK-based Woize signalled their entry into the US Voice over IP services marketplace.

“This is a major step for Woize. The American market holds great potential for substantial revenues. We will also challenge our competitors to offer Voice Over IP-users even lower prices combined with our other value added services that enable us yet other revenue streams,” said Anders Halldin, CEO and Founder.

Woize offer a softphone for Windows that enables users to place and receive calls over the internet, cutting down costs. Woize recently launched a Mac OS X beta version.
