TeleCommunication Systems Deploys VoIP E911 In 3 US States

TeleCommunication Systems have deployed an E911 VoIP service in 3 US states; Montgomery County, MD; Fairfax County, VA; and Chester County, PA.

Enhanced 911 calls will be enabled through a partnership between TeleCommunication Systems and infrastructure operators. The VoIP E911 service will meet the FCC’s regulations for passing the caller’s location to the emergency dispatch services.
