Skype Update Version 2.0.0.90 (Windows)

Skype just updated their Windows version to 2.0.0.90. This is just a small update that introduces one new feature and fixes a bug.

The Skype changelog shows:

• change: Added SkypeOut promotion button
• fix: Relayed Skype-2-Skype call quality improvements
