Skype Partners With Brightpoint For Reseller Stores

Skype and Brightpoint have announced a deal where Brightpoint will develop, host and maintain an internet store for individuals and companies to buy Skype products and services in the United States and Canada. The store will be located on Skype’s website.

The new Skype store will allow customers to buy a range of Skype-certified equipment such as handsets and microphones from Linksys, Logitech, Motorola and other manufacturers.

“As an authorized dealer and distributor for Skype, Brightpoint has been instrumental in bringing Skype certified products and services to consumers. Creating a more robust Web store offers our users a convenient online destination for all Skype-related products,” said Brightpoint’s VP of marketing, Saul Klein.
