New VoIP Application Packages for SMB to boost Cisco System

The launch of four new VoIP application packages in the form of the IPSmartSuite by IPcelerate is aimed at bolstering Cisco System’s new UC500 small-business telephony system. These packages are specifically aimed providing critical solutions for four particular small businesses which are the small retail shops, physician offices, law firms and small manufacturing offices. They are built on the existing Network IP Applications (NIPA) framework used for IP telephony applications which IPcelerate has been offering to larger enterprises.

The understanding that small businesses might not have to capability to staff IT specific employees has led IPcelerate to come up with the IPSmartSuite packages which requires minimal configuration for deployment, displaying plug-and play capabilities which only requires user to enter relevant data for applications to work.

Each of these business specific packages has features combined to the IP telephony application, which are relevant to the sector it is providing solutions to. Some of the highlights are client billing, recording and archiving as well as automated scheduling alert for law firms; patient sign-in automation, automated dial-out appointment reminder and patient status alert for the physician offices and staffing management automation for both the retail shops and small manufacturing offices.
