NationwideCash Inc., which provides payday loans, will be providing visitors to its site a click-to-call facility courtesy of VoiceOne Communications, which is a subsidiary of VoIP, Inc. The company hopes to increase inbound traffic with the help of this service. The increased traffic will come with the aid of icons which upon being clicked by a customer will result in a company executive returning the call immediately.

VoiceOne makes money every time a customer clicks an icon, which is / was being used on Google Maps. NationwideCash wants to add the human touch to its ecommerce offerings and speaking to a live person on the other side of the line helps to build trust with prospective customers. According to NationwideCash, they were able to incorporate the VoiceOne click-to-call technology into its site in less than 24 hours.
