Kensington Vo300 Skype USB Speakerphone

More in the way of VoIP speakerphones, this time it’s the Vo300 Skype USB Speakerphone from esteemed accessorizer Kensington. It follows on from recently launched Logitech speakerphones and is aimed at the same business desktop marketplace.

The Vo300 is priced at $89.99 and comes with a dialup pad, LCD display screen and a USB cable to connect with your PC. Personally I think that there is only a limited scope for using a speakerphone such as this, especially when compared to other phones such as the much-hyped Netgear SPH101.

It is targeted at the business user who will appreciate the conferencing capabilities, echo cancellation and the ability to see their contact list on it’s LCD display. The display also allows the user to view their current call status and call history. It also comes with one-button access to your Skype voicemail. Currently it seems to be PC-only.
