Jangl: Communicate Without Exchanging Phone Numbers

Jangle is a new service that allows you to exchange phone numbers without actually disclosing your real cell, landline or VoIP number.

It works kind of like registering a domain by proxy. You sign up for Jangl and are allocated a number that you are free to use and give out to contacts. When someone calls this number Jangl will route the caller to your real number, so they won’t ever find out what your actual number is (unless you tell them). You can setup Jangle to route calls to your cell phone, landline or VoIP number.
