IPFone USA IP-700 USB World Phone

IPFones USA has announced the introduction of it’s IP-700 USB World Phone handset for making VoIP calls through Skype. The new VoIP phone has been custom designed from the ground up for use with Skype and is fully integrated with the Skype software. Although their new phone offers the standard range of features, it does have some features unique to it.

“Our phones use the totally new and revolutionary concept of VoIP with Skype,” said IPFones’ Vice-President of International Business Development, Dennis Donsker.

The IP-700 USB World Phone features an on-board Digital Clarity DP chip that gives improved sound quality without echoes or delays. With a form factor similar to that of a cellphone, is available in 5 different colours (Titanium Grey, Metallic Silver, Ruby Red, Baby Pink & Pearl White), comes with a 3-line LCD Screen and offers Caller ID.

Because of it’s light weight the IP-700 USB World Phone can be easily carried in a suit pocket or briefcase then plugged into a laptop to make calls when needed. The Skype user interface can be easily controlled from the handset, cutting out any interaction with the software on your computer.
