Ipevo Introduce Mac Support For Skype Phones

Ipevo has announced support for Macs in it’s line of Free-1 Skype-compatible phones.

The Ipevo Free-1 phones plug into a desktop or laptop using a USB connector. By pressing a button on the handset the user can initiate Skype to place a call to another computer via the internet. The Free-1 handset also lets the user place a call via SkypeOut so that they can call from a computer to a phone.

Even though the Free-1 Skype phones were only launched in September, Ipevo have already sold over 20,000 handsets.
