Gizmo: Business Class All Calls Free Plan

Om writes today that Gizmo are going after the SME market with the launch of their new ‘All Calls Free’ calling plan. Of course all PC - PC calls are free as usual, but Gizmo have added a feature that will undoubtedly prove popular with small businesses and bedouins.

When you setup Gizmo you can designate alternative numbers to be associated with a particular user. Then when you call the user, and they are not at their computer to receive your call, you can forward the call to the cell or landline number you have nominated to associate with that identity.

It also comes with free call conferencing, free voicemail and Asterisk PBX support. The latter feature should be of particular interest as many organizations are now switching to the open source IP PBX.
