Complete VoIP system solution for SMB from IBM-Nortel Collaboration

The collaboration between IBM and Nortel in the form of IBM-Nortel System i Unified Communications solution promise to make the move to the use of VoIP for SMBs as easy as a software upgrade and cost effective to boot. This is a move by IBM, inline with its unified communications and collaboration (UCII) strategy.

Distribution of this system is by approved Nortel resellers and IBM solution providers which will provide training and tools for sales and support purposes.
